Highly selected handpicked premium tea leaves sourced from the Wuyi Mountain of northern Fujian, China is the key ingredient of our kombucha. One of the most important tea producing area in the world, offering precious tea leaves of highest great quality.

This tea will go through a fermentation process for up to 30 days with speciﬁc strains of bacteria, yeast and sugar. This process will produce a quality kombucha culture (SCOBY) with various natural nutrients produced in stages such as Vitamin B, B2, C, Polyphenols.

The fermentation process will also produce a quality organic acid/compound that is called Acetic Acid, and several other acidic compounds. A large amount of bacteria also grow in the mixture, containing several species of lactic-acid bacteria with probiotic function.
